"The 90% Leaderless Organisation" with Ann-Christina Matzen

In this episode, Bjørn speaks with Ann-Christina Matzen Andreasen, who has been centre leader at the Job, Activity and Competence Centre — also simply called JAK — since 2012.

Here, together with the rest of the leadership team, she has over the years developed what she calls the 90% leaderless organisation.

It is an extremely successful example of how it is possible for leaders to upgrade an organisation's 'inner operating system' — and achieve everything that most leaders actually dream of: an organisation with employees who are engaged, responsible, trusting, change-willing and dedicated to the shared task and decided strategy.

Moreover, there appear to be no special or unique circumstances preventing most other organisations and leaders from being inspired and undertaking a similar upgrade of the inner operating system in their organisation.

But there is a price which the leader must be willing to pay for this new way of leading — and for most leaders it will also require an upgrade of their own inner operating system.

What is the price, how do you do it, and what does it require? Welcome to an exceptionally inspiring story and conversation with Christina.
