Personal Development in a Community

re:lead offers various development programs; Catalyst, Ledelse2, NextGen, and LME. All are built with a focus on personal growth in a developmental and confidential community.

PURPOSE

All programs are about reaching deeper in your personal development, which is a crucial prerequisite for succeeding with your developmental leadership. At re:lead, we work to achieve an internal upgrade of the operational system. Our upgrade approach effectively intervenes in 3 main areas of human growth:

  • Deepening your connection with yourself

  • Improving your relationships with others

  • Expanding your ability to sense, understand, and influence the larger systems you are part of.

Upgrading yourself in these areas makes it much easier for you to manifest your ambitions. Each program contributes to this purpose in its own ways. Through the programs, you explore a variety of approaches to increased self-awareness, improved relational competencies, and deeper insight into interpersonal and thus also group dynamic mechanisms.

FORMAT & METHOD

The programs are offered as open, with participants from different companies, or as internal, where key employees together expand their knowledge of each other, and collectively influence the development of the entire company.

The community with the group is a significant factor in all our programs. It manifests, for example, in the form of buddy groups. Here you have the opportunity for sparring, training, and an unusual degree of confidentiality around your managerial dilemmas and development goals. Many former participants have maintained their buddy groups for up to 10 years after completing the program, thus maintaining a developmental community that extends far beyond the programs themselves.
