Leadership Mindset Expansion Workshop

The LME workshop concept can provide progressive teams and development-oriented groups with an extraordinary experience, often resulting in a clear "before" and "after" effect. This experience creates an expansion of perspective and empowerment in both inner and outer leadership.

"The effect of the LME workshop has been that I have truly discovered what has been holding me back. For several years, I have experienced a negative declining trend and thought I was becoming sick, despite plenty external success. I have no doubt that what I experienced and have released in this LME process has been at the core of what made me sick. I am obviously immensely grateful for that.”

- CEO/Owner-Manager, Serial Entrepreneur, and Investor

Perspective and purpose

The LME workshop format is designed to provide progressive teams and groups with an extraordinary experience that allows each participant to connect more deeply with themselves, while the group as a whole gains an exceptional shared experience.

Over the course of 2 days, a framework is created that enables deep exploration of personal leadership through concrete experiences with the developmental and transformative potential of expanded states of consciousness. This includes participants' own experiences on inner journeys in expanded states of consciousness, as well as the opportunity to listen and learn from others' experiences, and serve as witnesses and support/sparring partners ("Sitters") for their buddies who are in session. For the group as a whole, this leads to a significant strengthening of mutual connection and understanding as human beings and leaders (whether in an official leadership role or not).

We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.
— Albert Einstein

Expected outcomes of participation

The benefits of an exclusive experience will be individual and unique for each participant, but common outcomes includes:

  • Achieving personal breakthroughs and overcoming limiting patterns in one's own personal leadership.

  • Expanding one's perspective, creativity, and enhancing the ability to navigate complex issues and interpersonal dynamics.

  • Strengthening the foundation for meaningful decision-making regarding direction and choices in the present moment.

  • Enhancing empathy and the ability to understand and relate to the challenges and dilemmas of others.

  • Gaining experiential insight into the unconscious dimensions of the human psyche and the transformative potential of expanded states of consciousness, both for oneself and others.

I came home and realized that I could be the leader I wanted to be. I could take on a leadership responsibility and contribute to changing the organization.
Not by being smart and figuring others out, but by freeing myself to feel and experience others - and to be myself, together with them.
— Jens, Sales director

The program’s structure

  • Approximately 1 week before the workshop: 1-hour online introduction to the LME concept and the workshop.

  • Day 1 (starting at 16:00): Check-in round, as well as a mini/"trial" HB session, and formation of buddy pairs for the inner journeys on day 2.

  • Day 2: Conducting 2 x HB sessions (participants will work in buddy teams, alternating between being in session themselves as the "breather" and being the "sitter" for their buddy), and sharing of journey experiences in the group.

  • Day 3 (ending at 16:00): Personal and group sessions for processing, integration, and anchoring of the experiences, and translating new insights from the workshop into action.

  • Meeting with your buddy team (sitter and breather) 1-2 weeks after the workshop.

  • 3-4 weeks after the workshop: 1-2 hours of online follow-up to support the integration of experiences.

The program's methodology

The workshop will be experienced as an interplay between personal immersion in and clarification of one's own reality.

The personal immersion will take place through sessions of inner journeys in expanded states of consciousness, facilitated by the research-based breathwork method "Holotropic Breathwork". Holotropic Breathwork (HB) was developed by M.D., Ph.D. Stanislav Grof and Christina Grof. Learn more about the HB method.

There will be a strong emphasis on the present moment experience and the quality of interconnection and responsiveness among the participants. The profound inner journeys often lead to a new and stronger sense of connectedness with everything around, paving the way for completely new insights and realizations that may have never emerged so clearly before and therefore have not been articulated.

The LME Effect: I keep coming back to a fellow participant’s comment about ‘finding the music in one’s life.’ It’s incredible what we experience together in the community of the group. Both what arises between people, and also what happens when we are truly present and give something personal to each other. It is immensely rewarding - both to have the opportunity to give and to receive.
