Whether you only have an hour or half a day, we offer inspirational talks and mini workshops. Our approach is engaging and explorative and can take place both online and offline. They all include an invitation to take the first steps into a daily practice that encourages growth, and we offer supportive material to make that practise a reality.
Currently we are offering the following research based talks by Hanne Lindblad or Bjørn Uldall that draw and expand on a re:lead research project that these two re:lead partners have conducted and will publish June, 2023
Integrate Adult Development insights as a leadership tool to embrace cognitive diversity and end your culture of silence!
We live in volatile times with multiple crises and where changes occur at an unparalleled speed. This challenges the way that each of us makes sense of the world. Therefore, having some common meaning-making maps is essential for creating workplaces, where dynamic collaboration, agility and engagement are continuously cared for and optimised.
Adult Development Theory provides one such important meaning-making map. It brings new insights and possible actions to the difficult issue of cognitive diversity and the cultures of silence, which most of us long to bring to an end. The map helps us see a bigger part of the whole and in doing so, opens up for new realms of creativity and collaboration.
Hanne Lindblad, who for the past 10 years has worked with Adult Development theory in practice, offers you a ‘hands on,’ experience-based introduction to this rather complex theory. She generously shares - with both humour and vulnerability - how her own meeting with this theory was a major “AHA!” moment during a challenging time, when she was a progressive CEO in the Danish Telecom Industry, and amongst the first in Denmark to succeed with reframing and transforming the business using culture and purpose as business drivers.

What if we can’t solve our current leadership challenges with the same ‘inner human operating system’ that created them? Let’s upgrade it together.
In a recent re:lead research initiative, we found that corporate companies have problems holding on to the kind of leaders they are likely to need for future success. It turns out that progressive leaders seem to be throwing their towels in the ring and seeking more meaningful work elsewhere, despite successfully having developed the kind of personal capacities and leadership practices that are now called for by leadership thought leaders.
In this inspirational talk, we dig down to expose the underlying root causes for many of the problems that the majority of leaders and organisations in large- and mid-sized organisations continue to struggle with. Our leadership and work cultures within these organisations are run by a way of relating, being, thinking, collaborating, and acting that make up our ‘Inner Human Operating Systems’ (IHOS). What if the dominant version of this IHOS has brought us great achievements in the past, but is now becoming increasingly more obsolete? What if this is the underlying cause of widespread stress, overloaded calendars, ineffective meetings, lack of employee engagement, silo-behaviour, sluggish strategy implementation, lack of deeper meaning, and wasted energy on power games, politics, ego-polishing, etc.?
Weaving together deep research knowledge, personal stories, and 20 years of experience from leadership and organisational development work, Bjorn will take you on an engaging, humorous, and hopeful exploration. In addition to an inspiring new way of thinking about the hidden drivers of how we are leading and working together in organisations, you will experience small ‘tasters’ of what it might be like to run your leadership and work cultures on an upgraded ‘Inner Human Operating System’. You will walk away with ideas and tips for how you can more effectively leverage the self-upgrading capacity of your own ‘IHOS’ – and how together, we can create the kind of organisations we dream of.
