Experienced leaders
We invite a group of experienced leaders into an exclusive, and intensive transformation course, in which we create a space of trust that enables the participants to open up about fundamental dilemmas in their own leadership.
Through 'learning by doing', the participants' awareness of their own management practices and repertoire of transformative approaches is expanded.
Accelerator
Accelerator is a personal leadership development program for young leaders. It's for those who take responsibility for identifying potential in people or processes, and who have the courage to develop this potential.
Those who lead other employees, projects, or changes, as well as work with influence across organizations.
We have designed the Accelerator with the specific purpose of accelerating the potential of current and future leaders across functions in both the private and public sectors.
We are currently offering a free workshop where you or your talents can get a taste of the development they will experience during the Accelerator program.
Catalyst
The Catalyst program is developed with a focus on leaders who wish to develop their ability to realize potential, concepts and models for leadership, as well as organizational development in practice.
The ability to see and transform the dynamics in relationships, teams, and organizations is a leadership skill that is becoming increasingly crucial.
Leadership Mindset Expansion
"Leadership Mindset Expansion" (LME) is a development concept offered to leaders who are ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery deep into their own personal foundation in order to strengthen their personal leadership and leadership of and with others.
