A 6-month programme that upgrades the inner operating system your leadership springs from. We work bodily, psychologically and professionally — through presence, inner regulation and access to the deep unconscious via Grof Legacy Breathwork.
The programme consists of 1:1 conversations, two physical modules (6.5 workshop days at Stenstruplund on Funen), buddy groups between modules, online sessions, and an integration session. We train five central capacities: inner stability, relational strength, clarity in complexity, connected agency, and a decisive, regulated nervous system. We are pioneers in Denmark in combining deep leadership development with Grof Legacy Breathwork and integration work. Facilitated by Hanne Lindblad, Jørgen Sørensen and Christian Valentin — all certified Grof Breathwork Facilitators.
