Next:Gen is a personal leadership development program for individuals who lead others, projects, or changes, as well as those working with influence across organizations.
We have designed the Next:Gen with the specific purpose of accelerating the potential of future leaders across functions in both the private and public sectors.
Leadership Mindset Expansion
Leadership Mindset Expansion (LME) is an accelerated leadership development program focusing on personal breakthroughs, dissolving limiting patterns, expanding perspective, and the ability to create developmental dynamics.
The development program is a natural choice for leaders who have already been through the “Ledelse2” program, but it is open to anyone ready to embark on an "inner journey" to upgrade their own personal foundation and leadership.
